For the year 2025, the Dolphin Semiconductor’s gender equality index has reached a score of 90/100. Below are the detailed results for each indicator of the Index:
• Gender pay gap: 35/40
• Gap in salary increase rates between women and men: 35/35
• Employees receiving a salary increase within one year of returning from maternity leave: 15/15
• Representation of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest earners: 5/10
