Introduction

Dolphin Semiconductor’s in-situ monitoring platform, Meerkat, breaks the limitations of PVT sensors: thanks to accurate, real-time monitoring of the setup slack, the system can now dynamically set the optimal supply voltage while ensuring a reliable and safe operating point.

By closing the silicon loop at the data path level, Meerkat enables a new paradigm in power management: continuously reaching the optimal energy point thanks to a direct regulation of what really matters, the setup slack.
